Returned Check Policy

If your payment is made via check and the check is returned from the bank, a $20 returned check fee will apply.

 

Please Note: After a check is returned, the Ritz Community Theatre reserves the right to refuse check payments from the group/individual from which the theatre received the check.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited inside all Ritz Community Theatre properties

Ticket Purchase Policy

The Ritz Community Theatre does not offer ticket reservations. All tickets must be purchased either online or in person at the theatre beginning one hour prior to showtime, subject to availability.

If you would like to arrange an in-person ticket purchase ahead of a performance, please email info@ritzcommunitytheatre.org.

 

We will do our best to schedule a time to meet you at the theatre to complete your purchase. Please note that these appointments are based on the availability of our volunteers and cannot be guaranteed.

Student Rush Tickets

The Ritz Community Theatre offers a limited number of Student Rush tickets for select performances.

 

Eligibility

Student Rush tickets are available to currently enrolled elementary, middle school, high school, and college students.

College students must present a valid student ID when claiming Student Rush tickets.

Pricing & Availability

  • Student Rush tickets are available for $5 each

  • Tickets are available beginning 1 hour prior to showtime when the box office opens

  • Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis

  • No reservations or advance holds are available for Student Rush tickets

  • Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to remaining seat availability

 

Seating

Student Rush seating is limited to select rows and locations within the theatre and may not be available for sold-out performances or special events.

Advance Purchase Option

Students may still purchase tickets online in advance at the regular student ticket price of $7 to guarantee reserved seating and preferred seat selection.
