The Ritz Community Theatre is proud to serve as the host site for SPARK! Places of Innovation, a Smithsonian traveling exhibition coming to Snyder as part of the Museum on Main Street program.
From October 3 through November 15, discover how innovation has shaped rural communities across America, and celebrate the people, ideas, creativity, and ingenuity that continue to spark innovation right here in Scurry County.
Along with the Smithsonian exhibition, six weeks of special programs, community events, local history, music, arts, and more will take place throughout Snyder.

Thursday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sundays: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

SPARK! After Dark
Join us every Thursday during SPARK! Places of Innovation for a special SPARK! After Dark program at the Scurry County Museum. From October 8 through November 12, join us each Thursday at 7 PM for guest speakers and other special programs exploring the people, history, ideas, and stories of our community.
MOVIES@SPARK!
Join us at the Ritz every Tuesday beginning October 13 for Movies@SPARK! Each week, we'll feature a free movie screening at 7 PM. Grab some popcorn, find a seat, and enjoy a movie with us at the Ritz!
BOOMTOWN BEER & MUSIC FESTIVAL
Feel the energy of Boomtown! Join us in Downtown Snyder on Saturday, October 24 for the Boomtown Beer & Music Festival, featuring live music, food, craft beer, and a celebration of the energy and spirit of West Texas.
Taking place during SPARK! Places of Innovation, Boomtown is another opportunity to experience the people, creativity, music, and community that make Snyder unique.
